Shabu Thomas also known as the Chief Heart Officer will always be an integral part of the o2h family as he lives forever in the o2h group through his values and memories.
He joined the o2h group in 2005 and led the HR function until 2013 and then returned in 2016 to lead the operations until his sad passing away two years ago. Shabu was a gem of a man and one of the most gentle, compassionate, and good-humored people any of us have ever met. Therefore, in memory of Shabu and to honor him, the o2h group is observing the second Kindness Day on 25th June 2021.
The theme for this year’s Kindness Day is – “Bring Smile for Shabu“
Akin to last year, this year we’ll be sharing memories of Shabu with his loved ones and memorial prayers for him. We are collecting all the items that our people would like to donate to less privileged people. They can donate anything from small pencil boxes to utensils to clothes or any other item that they feel can be given to somebody else for good use. We are also going to distribute plants to our employees who would like to voluntarily take them home and nurture them as it was one of the most cherished activities by Shabu.
