Dom is developing a digital therapeutics platform that helps young patients cope with hospital visits using AR, AI, and games. He established Xploro in 2016 after realizing the importance of providing patients with information during his daughter's cancer treatment. Dom's award-winning platform is used in hospitals worldwide. Dom has been creating digital content for over 40 years and is also the chair of Corporation Pop, a digital innovation agency.

Thelma has worked in biotech at the intersection of cutting-edge technologies in life sciences and healthcare. She also worked in Venture Capital lastly at M Ventures, where she investigated novel investment opportunities from early discovery through to clinical development in the metabolic space.

Alice has close to 20 years of experience in commercializing early-stage life sciences research. Alice MacGowan has worked with pharma and medtech SMEs to identify, fund, and accelerate the development of new technologies for the clinic. Currently a life sciences executive with the University of Nottingham subsidiary Nottingham Technology Ventures Ltd.
